Some clients complete the paperwork and ask us to review all their documents before sending it to the IRS. Please email ALL required documents listed below (just as you would send to the IRS). We will make any necessary corrections and suggestions for you.

  • Form 1023
  • Attachments

**The above fees does not include the your State incorporation charge or the IRS application user fee.** These prices are charged by the government. The State incorporation charge range from $25-$125 depending on the state you are incorporating in. The IRS application fee is $275, $400, or $850 depending on your organization’s budget. This will be clarified during our consultation.
